Who to contact
Birdie Up Golf operates this website. For questions, access or deletion requests, email birdieupgolf@gmail.com.
The Club email list
If you sign up, we use your email address to send a confirmation link. After you confirm, we keep your email address and a record of your consent, including the consent wording version and confirmation time, to send the Club updates you requested. Joining the list does not create a member profile.
Resend processes our confirmation emails and stores the subscriber list. We have disabled email open and click tracking for our sending domain. We don’t sell the email list or add subscribers to unrelated brands’ lists.
Your choices and retention
You can stop Club updates using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We keep subscription information while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we retain a limited record of your choice to avoid reactivating it through an old confirmation link. You can ask us to delete your information; we may need to verify the request before acting.
If you request a confirmation but do not confirm, you are not added to the Club update audience. The email provider still processes the attempted message and its delivery records.
Website hosting and abuse prevention
Vercel hosts this site and processes technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information and operational logs. The signup form uses Vercel BotID Basic to help distinguish visitors from automated requests. These services process information needed to operate and protect the website.
We do not currently run advertising pixels or visitor analytics on this site. Email confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are placed in the link fragment so they are not included in normal page-request URLs.
YouTube lessons
Lesson images are served from this website. An embedded YouTube player loads only after you press play. Playing a video or following a YouTube link connects you with Google/YouTube, whose own privacy policies and storage practices apply.
Younger golfers
The Club interest list is intended for adults 18 and over. Parents and guardians may sign up on behalf of their interest in junior golf. Please don’t submit a child’s personal information through the form.
Future Club features
Golfer profiles, AI conversations, booking, payments and coaching records are not collected through this website. We’ll explain how those services use information before introducing them.
