THE CLUBEarly access Birdie Up Practice · Short Game
Give your chipping practice a clear landing target.
Lay a towel flat on a level part of a practice green. Start just off the green with your 56° wedge and choose a comfortable carry. Use your normal chip and steady tempo; let swing length help control the carry while keeping contact consistent.
Take five attempts: • Land the golf ball on the towel: 1 point. • Land it short, long, left or right: no point. • Land outside and roll onto the towel later: no point.
Adapt to your ability, the space and the conditions. Demonstrations are illustrative. Watch the full lesson and its YouTube description for context and references.
