THE CLUBEarly access Birdie Up Practice · Putting
Practice distance control by rolling toward the edge of the green.
Take three balls to an open spot on the putting surface. Aim to finish as close to the fringe as possible while keeping the whole ball on the green. Read the first finish, then adjust the pace of your next putt. After three putts, pick them up and try another direction.
Short of the intended stopping area? Try a little more pace. Into the fringe? Ease back. These finishes are illustrations, not measured results or a promise of improvement.
Adapt to your ability, the space and the conditions. Demonstrations are illustrative. Watch the full lesson and its YouTube description for context and references.
