THE CLUBEarly access Birdie Up Practice · Putting
Combine longer putts with a short-putt finish you have to earn.
Take one ball and play nine holes on a practice green, mixing 20–40-foot starting putts. After EVERY miss, move the ball 3 feet directly away from the hole. A 2-foot leave becomes a 5-footer. Miss again? Pull it back again. Count every actual stroke and hole everything out; moving the ball adds no penalty stroke.
Start by recording your total and trying to beat it. For the harder challenge, complete every one of the nine holes in two putts or fewer. An 18-stroke total alone does not meet that challenge if any hole takes three or more.
Adapt to your ability, the space and the conditions. Demonstrations are illustrative. Watch the full lesson and its YouTube description for context and references.
