THE CLUBEarly access Birdie Up Practice · Short Game
One wedge, three landing targets. Make each chip a deliberate choice.
Lay three same-size towels flat on a level practice-green area: near, middle and far. Choose comfortable carry distances from one starting spot just off the green. Use your 56° wedge, normal chip and steady tempo; let swing length help change the carry.
Call the intended towel before every shot. Take one chip at near, one at middle, then one at far: • Land on the called towel: 1 point. • Any other landing, including a different towel or short, long, left or right: 0 points. • Land outside and roll onto the called towel later: still 0.
Adapt to your ability, the space and the conditions. Demonstrations are illustrative. Watch the full lesson and its YouTube description for context and references.
